Returns with full refunds are available for items that are in original condition, unused, undamaged and returned within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be packaged sufficiently to prevent damage and addressed properly.  Items must be in original condition and packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged.  Returns are accepted for any reason as long as they meet the previously mentioned conditions.  No returns will be accepted after the return window has closed.  New Items may be exchanged for alternate sizes, colors or items.  Vintage or antique items may not be exchanged.  

If you receive an item that has damage that was undiclosed in the listing, please photograph the item and packaging and send by email to elainahm@florenceandcharlotte.com prior to returning the item.  If the return is accepted we will email you a return label at no charge and full refund upon receipt of the returned item.
